Each year the Art School at the University of Oklahoma puts together a student exhibit, to highlight the student work within this school. Since it is a student show, students are asked to create a brand for the show.
Illuminated. The art school is a school full of ideas. Each piece of art is formed from someones thoughts, sketches etc. Ideas are the light that guide each artist to their final piece. Lightbulbs easily represent ideas, and with a simple design the focus can remain on the art in the show. This brand is made to celebrate the creative minds in this college and bring to light their amazing work.
Out of 24 students, my brand was chosen to be apart of the finalist group which consisted of 8 students. Ultimately my design was not chosen, but I am still honored and happy that my design caught the attention of the board members of the School of Art.
